Andrew Douglas is an associate in Browne Jacobson LLP’s digital and sourcing team in England, advising private- and public-sector clients on commercial, sourcing and technology contracts, including large-scale sourcing agreements, SaaS, reseller and customer-facing terms. He is a member of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure core target market group, has written two LLM master’s theses and multiple articles on energy legal, policy and regulatory issues, and was seconded in-house at one of the biggest acute trusts in England during his training.
