Michael specialises in construction law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters including construction and engineering contracts, professional appointments and warranties, and resolving disputes by mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration. He has experience defending and pursuing professional indemnity claims, completed a six-month secondment with Mace Limited on domestic and international projects, and previously worked as a quantity surveyor on projects including the Millennium Dome.
