Vicky Tomlinson

Vicky plays a key role in leading corporate transactions in the independent health and care sector. Vicky has worked with a number of private sector health and care clients on all areas of corporate work including share, business and SPV property acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and general company law matters including shareholder agreements, constitutional and corporate governance issues. Vicky’s clients include integrated retirements communities, care home developers and operators, private hospitals, health tech and medical device companies, domiciliary care providers, fertility clinics, children’s services and specialist care providers. Vicky works with companies at all stages of their journey, from start-ups and buy and build platforms to large care groups and internationally listed companies. Out of work, Vicky is busy looking after her toddler, she plays the violin and sings in a band, and has recently represented England winning a gold medal in the Touch Rugby European Championships. · Browne Jacobson LLP
