Jessica Parker

Jessica Parker is the senior partner of Corker Binning. She is a specialist criminal and regulatory litigator with expertise in serious, international and complex matters brought by a wide range of law enforcement agencies. A recent work highlight was securing the acquittal of the former Chief Executive of Barclays Bank following his prosecution by the SFO in relation to an allegation of fraud. Jessica has particular experience in investigations by HMRC and advises both individuals and corporates in relation to tax and money laundering investigations and prosecutions. Jessica also advises on police investigations and has represented a number of high profile individuals in relation to the most serious criminal charges, including rape and serious assault.
