Wayne qualified in 1999 and is a Principal Associate in the Financial Services Dispute Resolution group at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. He has considerable experience advising banks and building societies on professional negligence claims against surveyors, solicitors and accountants, and on recovery avenues including personal guarantees and recovery in corporate insolvency situations.
