Senior member of Eversheds Sutherland's national education team who leads an all‑service team acting for the majority of universities and colleges in Wales and South West England. Recent work includes advising universities on the imposition of the national higher education framework agreement on pay and grading and on reform of model statutes governing academic discipline, dismissal and grievance processes.
