Angus Rankin is an International Construction Disputes Partner in Vinson & Elkins' London office, advising on major cross-border disputes across power generation, mining, petrochemical and other process plants, shipbuilding, airports and infrastructure. He has lived and worked in Japan, served as General Counsel within a major heavy industries contractor, focuses on clients in Asia and power projects across their life cycle, and maintains involvement with Africa infrastructure projects (serves on the advisory board of Africa Construction Law).
