Ian Salter is a partner at Burges Salmon LLP, head of the Nuclear Law unit and head of the Projects Department, advising on all aspects of nuclear energy projects with particular expertise in nuclear law. He qualified in 1992, became a partner in 1999 and is active in industry bodies, serving as a Board Member of the International Nuclear Law Association (INLA), Chair of INLA UK and as a member of the Nuclear Industry Association where he chairs its Legal and Financial Affairs Working Group.
