Elizabeth Denman is a Director, Coporate in the Corporate department at Conyers' Bermuda office, having joined the firm in 2009 after nine years leading an investment funds practice at another Bermuda law firm. She has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and securities law with particular expertise in structuring investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity vehicles, partnerships, closed-ended and master-feeder structures and insurance-linked securities) and advising on investment fund insolvencies and workouts; earlier roles included Head of Listings at the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and legal counsel to the Toronto Stock Exchange.
