Barry O\'Leary

Barry O’Leary is one of the UK's leading immigration practitioners and has been a partner at Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP since 2006. His practice covers the full range of immigration and nationality issues, with a particular emphasis on applications by spouses and civil partners, and asylum on the basis of sexual identity. Barry is also well-known for his work in advising intended parents on UK immigration and citizenship issues for children born through international surrogacy arrangements. In his spare time, he works as a volunteer lawyer for the Rainbow Migration and a Director of Micro Rainbow.
