Fakhruddin Maimoon

Fakhruddin is primarily based in the Private Client Team in the Manchester office but deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters. He advises on Inheritance Act claims, disputes in relation to Wills and Trusts, and claims against Executors and Trustees. Fakhruddin previously worked at a top tier international law firm gaining invaluable experience in commercial litigation. At his time there, he worked in-house for a large insurer client which meant that he was able to understand and appreciate how his client operates and their requirements. He most recently worked for a South Cheshire boutique practice advising in all areas of private client matters.
