Gail Morris is a Partner at Cripps who heads the cross-departmental property litigation team, specialising in contentious business lease renewals, forfeiture and possession proceedings, rent reviews, landlord and tenant disputes and land-use matters such as adverse possession, disputed rights of way and nuisance claims. She has extensive experience in the County Court, the High Court and the First-tier Tribunal and regularly acts in mediations, arbitrations and adjudications, working closely with the commercial property team to bring a commercial perspective to complex property disputes.
