Natalie Cosgrove is a Partner in Ashtons Legal's Medical/Clinical Negligence team in England, acting for families and individuals affected by baby loss and catastrophic injury arising from substandard maternity and neonatal care, with a specialist interest in the mental health effects of grief and trauma following negligence. She joined Ashtons Legal in 2022 after over a decade practising as a specialist clinical negligence lawyer, has worked with national media on maternity care investigations, and received Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year awards at the Personal Injury Awards (2021) and the Sheffield and District Law Society Awards (2022).
