Partner in Ashtons Legal's Clinical Negligence team in England, representing individuals with catastrophic injuries from medical negligence and specialising in birth injuries, adult brain injury, amputation and paraplegia. He joined Ashtons as a trainee in 2008, has notable inquest work for bereaved families (including mental health–related deaths), was awarded Young Lawyer of the Year (LawNet, 2014) and was a finalist for Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year at the Personal Injury Awards 2022; he is known for taking on difficult cases, including achieving a 100% liability settlement in a long-running birth injury matter.
