Richard (Rick) Gordon-Brown is a Partner at EIP and a UK and European Patent Attorney and Design Attorney with experience in private practice and a five-year in-house secondment to a FTSE 100 multinational. Since entering the patent profession in 2004 he has specialised in invention harvesting, patent drafting and multijurisdictional prosecution, and advises on patent infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate across a range of mechanical, electromechanical and manufacturing technologies.
