Gemma Martynwood is a Partner and UK and European Patent Attorney at EIP who advises major clients on patents for software (including image processing and artificial intelligence) and electronics, and on technologies such as medical devices, automotive engineering and printing systems. She has been seconded to an in-house patents department at a telecommunications multinational, has experience in patent litigation before the UK High Court and opposition proceedings at the EPO, and previously worked as a research fellow at CERN during her DPhil.
