Gary Moss is Chairman of EIP (since April 2023) and a solicitor with over 40 years' experience as a leading IP lawyer in large-scale UK and cross-border disputes. He joined EIP in 2011 to build the firm's litigation practice and has led major patent and FRAND/SEP cases including Unwired Planet v Huawei, Conversant Wireless v Huawei and ZTE, and Optis Wireless v Apple.
