Gary Moss is Chairman and solicitor at EIP and a leading UK IP lawyer with more than 40 years' experience in large-scale UK and cross-border patent litigation. He joined EIP in 2011 to build its litigation practice, has led major SEP/FRAND and patent cases (including Unwired Planet v Huawei, Conversant Wireless v Huawei and ZTE, Optis Wireless v Apple and Kirin‑Amgen v Hoechst Marion Roussel), and has been consistently ranked in directories such as Legal 500, Chambers and IAM Patent 1000.
