Mike’s practice centres on contentious matters such as trade mark oppositions and cancellation actions, alongside trade mark and design infringement matters. Mike has particular expertise in relation to trade mark and design law relating to creative industries and advertising, and the handling of complaints at the Advertising Standards Authority.
