
Rachel Eldridge
Rachel works in the successful Securitisation Team advising Registered Providers on a range of financial arrangements including bond issues, private placements and revolving credit facilities ranging from £1 million to £500 million. Rachel also acts for a number of Registered Providers in the release and substitution of security, the re-allocation of security, and obtaining uplift in value of ex-LSVT stock. Prior to Devonshires, Rachel worked in the Residential Department of a high street firm in Felixstowe, Suffolk. Prior to Rachel studying Law and becoming a Solicitor, she ran a successful business in the pub and restaurant industry. Rachel graduated from Middlesex University with a BA(Hons) and MA in Criminology, before completing her CPE at Middlesex University and LPC at Anglia Ruskin University. Rachel enjoys gardening, decorating, jigsaw puzzles and cooking in her spare time. She also enjoys travelling. · Devonshires Solicitors LLP
