Jonathan is a partner in the Banking, Governance and Corporate team and specialises in advising on a range of housing matters, advising RPs, local authorities and developers on stock transfers and joint ventures between the public and private sectors as well as advising on vires, charity law, mergers, group reorganisations and regulatory matters for RPs.
