Caroline Mostowfi

Caroline is a partner in the real estate and projects group with a dual specialism in property and projects. Caroline focuses on regeneration and development projects in the housing, leisure and care sectors. Caroline also leads the energy and climate change team and has acted for a number of registered providers and local authorities in relation to a range of renewable energy matters. Many of the projects which Caroline has advised upon have involved a housing focus (affordable and private development) often with a regeneration dimension or an element of service provision including care, extra care, leisure and energy services. Caroline has a wealth of experience in acting for a range of registered providers, local authorities, charities and companies.
