Alice is a Partner in our Banking, Governance and Corporate team. Alice qualified into the Banking, Corporate and Governance team in 2014 having completed her training contract at Devonshires. She joined the partnership in 2021. Alice advises on a wide range of transactions including bank funding, bond issues, private placements, financial due diligence, loan security arrangements and intra-group funding. Alice also leads the firm’s consumer credit work, advising many Registered Providers and Registered Social Landlords on consumer credit regulation, assisting with applications and variations for FCA permissions, advice on how to avoid regulation and on remaining compliant when regulated. · Devonshires Solicitors LLP
