Lee is a partner in the Housing Management & Property Litigation team. Lee specialises in landlord and tenant, property litigation, public/administrative law and associated regulatory matters. Lee’s specialism in complex dispute resolution, both in and out of court, sits alongside his extensive experience in advising on non-contentious policy and procedure in addition to regulatory matters. Lee has a developed specialism in fire safety issues and property litigation aspects to contentious construction disputes. Lee is also a specialist in dealing with litigation involving mental health, safeguarding and capacity issues. Lee also sits as Co-Chair of the Social Housing Law Association.
