Sara currently works in the Securitisation department acting for Registered Providers on the security aspect relating to bond issues, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans. Sara has also assisted on the property documentation required for intragroup stock transfers of dwellings to be used as security. Sara is a Solicitor in the Securitisation team. She has vast experience in the charging of security under varying loan facilities and bonds ranging from £1 million – £300 million.
