Saghar acts on behalf of a vast number of Registered Providers in England and Wales advising on all aspects of the securitisation process as well as wider property related matters. Saghar’s broad knowledge and experience includes the securitisation of large property portfolios comprising of residential properties and mixed-use developments, security to bond issues, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans as well as on large restructuring and refinancing exercises, with transactions ranging up to £500 million. Saghar also heads the sub-team of the Securitisation Department aimed exclusively at Smaller Registered Providers, which advises and assists Smaller Registered Providers with raising secured finance as well as their securitisation matters · Devonshires Solicitors LLP
