
Elad Yasdi
Elad is a partner in the property department and advises on a broad range of property transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial property transactions, development, real estate acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters. Elad has vast experience in dealing with tenanted stock and portfolio transfers including property work on transfers of engagements and intergroup transfers as well undertaking complex development work, including property work on joint ventures, conditional contracts and deal structures for a number of Registered Providers and charitable bodies. Elad also advises clients on infrastructure and planning agreements, development of exisitng assets, property financing and private sector schemes.
