James Fish is head of the Trade Marks and Designs Group at J A Kemp and has practised since 1996, advising on multi-jurisdictional clearance searching, filing strategy, trade mark prosecution (including unusual marks), trade mark litigation and anti-dilution campaigns. He is co-editor of the Trade Mark Handbook (Thomson Reuters) and author of Practical Law’s "Pharmaceutical Trade Marks" (LexisNexis).
