He acts for a number of passenger transport operators (including Go-Ahead, Govia, Arriva, SNCF, Keolis, LNER, Transdev and Tower Transit) and recently advised a private sector bus operator on its bid for the Greater Manchester Bus Franchising scheme, Transdev on the provision of fleet management services at Heathrow Airport and Chiltern Railways/Arriva on various regulatory matters related to the mobilisation of its new national rail contract.
