Chris specialises in commercial projects work with particular expertise in the energy sector. Chris spent six years in the energy and projects team at Herbert Smith, advising a range of companies, merchant banks and public sector clients in relation to a wide range of issues connected with the UK electricity and gas markets. The matters he has advised on range from large cross-border mergers and acquisitions to day-to-day advice on the terms of contracts with customers and suppliers.
