Ben is a partner in our Real Estate team with extensive experience in development, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant law. He specialises in acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development work. Ben works on some of the most high-profile property transactions in the department. In particular, he played a key role alongside Gareth Baker on various aspects of the Rightacres developments at Central Square. He also led on Rightacres’ letting of a Penarth Road property to Cardiff and Vale College, the acquisition, development, and sale of One Canal Parade by Rightacres, and the £15 million sale of a landmark office in Leeds city centre. Ben is well respected by clients and is the “go-to” real estate person for several clients whom he has worked with for several years, including South Wales Land Developments Limited, Peter’s Food Services, Jardine Norton and Owens Road Services Limited.
