
John Chettle
John is a European and Chartered Patent Attorney with expertise in the software and engineering fields. He has a background in physics and is a specialist in autonomous and electric vehicle technology, unmanned aerial vehicles, electronic and computer-based object recognition, robotic control, deep learning and neural networks, mobile operating systems, and IoT devices. John works closely with in-house IP counsel, inventors and overseas colleagues to prepare and prosecute families of patent applications in often fast moving areas. He thrives on helping organisations to obtain the IP that will help them maintain control in their sector, protect them from threats, and give freedom of opportunity.
