A highly experienced insolvency practitioner who brings over 45 years of experience to the firm, Jeff advises on both contentious and non-contentious insolvencies, acting for administrators, liquidators, and a broad client base in this field. He also represents clients facing claims from insolvency practitioners, as well as those acquiring distressed businesses. In addition, Jeff advises boards of directors navigating financial turnarounds. His practice focuses on businesses in financial distress, shareholder or board disputes, and warranty claims arising from mergers, acquisitions, and sales. Jeff also has significant experience in Private Equity matters, working with a longstanding client base in this area.
