David is a Senior Associate Recoveries Manager, heading up our Consumer Regulated Litigation & Recoveries team in Scotland. He has experience in dealing with all aspects of Secured and Unsecured debt recovery throughout Scotland, as well as supporting in other dispute resolution matters as required. David provides a quality and comprehensive recoveries service with a client and customer centric focus. He was involved with advising a number of banking clients on the changes to mortgage repossession in Scotland following the introduction of the Home Owner and Debtor Protection (Scotland) Act 2010.
