Paul White
Paul is a business and property tax lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the City. He is a member of the firm’s private client, wealth management and tax group, and work closely with all the transactional practices of the firm to provide advice on corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, value added tax, stamp duty and stamp duty land tax. He has extensive tax planning and advisory experience, particularly in UK and cross-border finance, property and corporate transactions. His M&A experience is especially broad and he contributed the tax chapter for “Oil and Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements” (Globe Law and Business, 2016).
