Zain obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom, in 2021. She was further awarded a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice upon completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC), from the University of Law in 2022. Zain joined the team as a junior associate in our office after having completed an internship in Bahrain Development Bank in 2023. She has considerable experience in Bahrain’s legislative and regulatory frameworks concerning banking regulations, corporate governance, data protection and employment. She is also experienced in drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and providing legal opinions and enforceability opinions.
