Dulce María Miranda is Partner of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law practice of Deloitte Legal in Spain, which she joined in 2015 and now leads. She has more than 28 years' experience across all areas of intellectual property (including litigation and drafting agreements), is an expert in the legal aspects of intangibles taxation, was appointed by the European Commission as an independent expert on IP valuation, and is a member of WIPO's Panel of Arbitrators.
