Sylvie Bouvette is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, representing sellers, purchasers and joint venturers in real estate transactions and advising creditors and debtors on financing of major real estate complexes. She has particular experience with transactions involving contaminated land and with the development and financing of renewable energy projects such as hydroelectric, wind and biomass facilities, and has supervised legal aspects of hotels, retail complexes, office buildings and senior housing developments.
