Peter A. Bryan is the National Leader of the Oil & Gas Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, focusing on the formation, financing, purchase and sale of corporations, partnerships and joint ventures for oil & gas and energy infrastructure projects. He advises on asset and share transactions, corporate governance and competition issues, acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties, and the development and approval of midstream energy infrastructure; prior to joining BLG in 2011 he was Senior Legal Counsel and Manager of Pipeline Business Development for a large energy infrastructure company.
