Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and member of BLG’s Shipping Focus Group, Jean-Marie Fontaine practises across maritime and transportation law, handling cargo, freight and demurrage claims, collisions, spills, shipbuilding and charterparty disputes, ship and cargo arrests, marine insurance defence and regulatory matters, and aviation and trucking claims.
