Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Construction groups at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto, specializing in international commercial, investment and construction arbitration and international litigation. He has over ten years of arbitration counsel experience, co‑authored the Guide to the PCA Arbitration Rules (Oxford University Press, 2014), is an Adjunct Professor of international commercial arbitration at Osgoode Hall Law School, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal (Global Leader in Arbitration 2022; Future Leader 2019–2021; Most Highly Regarded Partner Under 45 in the Americas, 2021).
