Chris’ practice focuses on advising emerging and high-growth companies and their investors, including with respect to financing, mergers and acquisitions, governance and general corporate and securities law matters. His clients include companies ranging from early-stage ventures to publicly-traded multinationals, private equity and venture capital funds and research institutions. Many of Chris's clients are in the life sciences and technology industries, and he leads Blakes Ventures, Blakes’ national emerging company and venture capital practice group.
