Michael McIntosh

Michael is a senior partner in the Financial Services Group in Calgary. His practice focuses on banking, corporate lending, acquisition finance, structured finance and project finance. He also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial acquisitions and regularly advises on cross-border financings. His recent transactions include major project financings, major acquisition financings and cross-border structured financings, as well as financings of pipelines, refineries, oil sands projects, conventional oil and gas reserves, petrochemical plants, mining assets and power generating assets.
