Tim's practice is focused on capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters. Tim’s transactional practice covers all aspects of public and private debt and equity markets, transactions, structures and products, including offerings of investment grade, convertible, and high-yield debt, equity bought deals, at-the-market offerings, secondary block trades, margin loans and equity derivatives structures such as capped calls, forwards, swaps and collars. He also advises on establishing shelf financing programs both for domestic offerings as well as cross-border offerings under the Canada/US multi-jurisdictional system.
