Lindsay Rowell

Lindsay's practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on contract, construction, environmental and energy disputes. Lindsay regularly acts for clients in matters at all levels of court in Alberta. She also represents clients in regulatory proceedings, including before the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Alberta Securities Commission, and in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. Lindsay is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
