Chad Schneider

Chad’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings and continuous disclosure compliance. Chad has assisted buyers, sellers and acquired companies in M&A transactions involving both public and private domestic and foreign parties. He has extensive experience in representing publicly traded issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as private companies and private equity investors and their portfolio companies. He has acted on behalf of underwriters and dealers in domestic and foreign public and private offerings of equity and debt.
