Jody Aldcorn

Jody is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on infrastructure, projects and general corporate and commercial law. Jody has significant experience in infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, and provides advice throughout the full life cycle of a project, including in connection with project procurement, structuring, bidding, transactional matters and ongoing governance, management and operational issues. Recent transactions include advising the lead developer of the team selected by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6 and 7 Redevelopment Project, advising a member of the successful proponent for the redevelopment of the William H. Grey III 30th Street Rail Station (Philadelphia), advising a Canadian international airport on financing and operational matters, advising a short-listed proposer on a bid for the operation of the Grantley Adams International Airport (Barbados), advising the developer of the L.F.
