Partner in the firm’s Toronto office with practice focusing on financial institutions, and capital market and structured finance transactions, including new issuer transactions, global covered bond programs (lead issuer counsel on a majority of the Canadian market covered bond programmes), cross-border transactions, asset-backed programs and novel capital market transactions. Acted as lead counsel on numerous public securitization transactions and global covered bond programs, both for issuers and underwriters.
