Suzanne Murphy is a partner in our Business Law Group in Toronto with a practice focused on private mergers and acquisitions, private corporate finance and general corporate matters in the power industry. She regularly represents acquirers, investors and developers of a variety of energy assets including natural gas, wind, solar, biomass, nuclear, energy storage and thermal energy.
