Gordon Nettleton
Gordon Nettleton is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Oil & Gas Group and co-head of the National Environmental, Regulatory & Aboriginal Group. He specializes in energy regulatory, Aboriginal, environmental, and business law matters, and has significant experience in the regulation of oil & gas, including liquefied natural gas, pipelines and projects, and electricity industries. Gordon’s clients have included shippers on major pipelines and applicant pipeline companies seeking facilities and tolling approvals. He also has acted for Canada’s largest transmission and distribution utilities in respect of major rates revenue applications and facility expansion approvals.
